Roof elements

The TTT roof elements in pre-stressed concrete consist of three ribs with an in-between space of 80 cm, connected by means of a concrete plate with a thickness of 4 or 5 cm.

The roof plates have a standard width of 2.40 m and a standard height of about 30 cm. The maximum span length of TTT roof elements is 14 meters. The potential load bearing capacity is high and offers more possibilities (green roof, solar panels, etc.).

The elements are poured in smooth metal formwork resulting in a smooth visible surface. Openings for roof lights and skylights can be created. Braces are poured into the roof lights to attach the safety net during assembly. Also the skylights are provided with fall protection gratings and can be used afterwards as burglary protection.
