The production of prefab concrete elements at Van Maercke is a classic example of efficiency. State-of-the-art machinery and techniques are applied ensuring a fast assembly at the construction site. We guarantee a punctual production independent of weather conditions.
Waste water coming from the cleaning of the concrete mixer and other equipment and coming from the rinsing of the wall elements, is completely neutralised, recycled and re-used.
The rough leftover materials are crushed and used in other applications, such as road works.
The rainwater collected on the site is also purified in a separate water treatment installation before it is drained.
